Every home tells a story.
Based in Rome, Italy, I founded Arlene Gibbs Décor in 2012 shortly after completing an internship for one of Italy’s top interior/furniture designers.
My design philosophy of stylish simplicity has been strongly influenced by my Caribbean background, living in Italy, and my career in film and fashion.
I’ve worked for fourteen years in Hollywood as a film executive/producer and a screenwriter.
My novel, The Rebirth Of Mrs. Tracey Higgins was published on Amazon in December 2011 and the hit film Jumping The Broom (co-written with Elizabeth Hunter) was released in May 2011.

I was born in New York City, raised in Verona, New Jersey, and I’m a graduate of Syracuse University.
I’m currently working on homes in Anguilla – British West Indies, Rome, and Tuscany.
