Weekend Inspiration - Prancercise

I first heard about this workout on Jezebel.com.   Since then Joanne's video has gone viral and she's become famous.I'm not sure why this video, which was shot in 1989, is so popular now.   Or why she's wearing what looks like a business jacket.
